Diners enter through the fishmarket where seafood is displayed atop flaked ice in gleaming stainless steel cases supplemented by speciality sauces, ingredients and desserts ready for take out. The stainless bar is illuminated by assorted retro lamps and a skylight that glows blue after dark.
